Dzhikovich, Vladimir Viliykovich
President of the Association of St.Petersburg Commercial banks.
Born May 8, 1951 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the Leningrad Kirov Timber Technology Academy as an engineer- economist. From 1973 to 1975 worked as an engineer at the joint venture "Lenfurniture". From 1975 to 1981 worked as chief engineer, chief accountant assistant and as Chief of the Management Information System Department of the "Leningrad" furniture factory and then up to 1987 was chief accountant at the "Sevzapmebel" Joint venture. From 1987 to1989 worked at "Mongolenergostroy" trust (Mongolia). In 1989 participated in founding the innovative commercial bank "Lenmebelbank" (renamed "Petersburg Timber Industry Bank"). Director from the moment of foundation and later became Chairman of the board. From 1991 to 1994 was elected Chairman of the Auditing Commission of the Russian Banks Association. Since 1994 has been a member of the Council of the Russian Banks Association and of the Presidium of the St.Petersburg Commercial Banks Association. In June 1996 was elected its President.
Married, with son.
