Artsyshevsky Ivan Sergeevich
Head of the State Protocol Department, External Affairs Committee, Administration of St. Petersburg.
Born in 1950, in Chinese People’s Republic, in the family of emigrants.
Studied in the college Anglo-Latino in San-Paulo (Brazil). Graduated from the Latvian State University named after Stuchka, the speciality - mathematics.
Worked in the Leningrad Department of Goskominturist as the head of the Information Group, the head of the Additional Services Group.
In 1991 became one of the establishers of the Compatriots Congress, was the Director General of the Leningrad Department. In 1994 - the Director General of the third meeting of the directors’ committee, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
Since 1998 - the head of the State Protocol Department.
One of the authors of the burial ceremony of Nikolay II and his family, the head of the organizing committee.
A representative of the Romanovs Association in Russia.
